  8.   On the main board, this command will display a list of all of
  9.   the users of the BBS.

  11.   While in a forum, this command will display only those users
  12.   who are members of the forum.

  14.   You can view the membership list [F]orward, [B]ackward, or you
  15.   can choose a Specific [U]ser.  The Membership list includes
  16.   name, city and state, last time on, and times on.
